How do I pay for my shuttle ?
You can either :
- Pay cash to the shuttle driver (Only €)
- Or by Credit Card directly to the shuttle driver (credit card payment must be mentionned on the booking resquest and only if payment

Which places do you pick-up and where do you transport?
We provide transport: From Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Orly and Beauvais airports to your hotels or train stations, from your hotels/airport to other touristic areas such as Disneyland, Giverny, Normandie
How far in advance do I have to reserve ?
We recommend you book your transfer at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request.
However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute requests.
Do I receive a confirmation when I book?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation by mail within 24 hours after your reservation, with all the details regarding your meeting point and with our phone number.
How do I find the shuttle when i arrive ?
For any private booking or excursion our drivers will welcome you (on arrival gate or outside your hotel) with a notice board with OneTwoGo writing on. The meeting time will be scheduled 30 minutes after
actual arrival of the flight, during which time you will go through the customs and retrieve your luggage. If you have only hand luggage, please inform us. Thus, the appointment time will be shortened to 10min.
How can I contact your office when I arrive in the airport?
It is important that you call can us so we know you have arrived. It is also useful in case you get delayed at customs or at baggage claim, so we can make sure the driver doesn't leave without you. Remember you
can call us before collecting your luggage on the following number +33143853821 or +33611274231; the driver can then make his way to meet you whilst you pick up your bags.
What can be done if my arriving flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, as soon as you land, please contact our office to the following number : +3314853821 or +33611274231. If the shuttle scheduled for you had already left, we will send you another as
soon as possible. The shuttle driver will contact you back to inform you at what time he will arrived.
Where are your pick up and drop off points ?
We operate a door-to-door service.
We will pick you up from the terminal you land in and take you to the door of your address in Paris.
On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you
off at the terminal your flight leaves from.
Notice that we only provide private shuttle, that is to say you are the unique customer. A direct transfer without intermediate stops. So, there will be no
waste of time, picking up others customers before going to your hotels/airports.
How long does it take to get from Paris to the airport and vice-versa ?
The journey time depends on the traffic and your address in Paris. The standard journey time is approximately one hour but may well vary.

Does it cost extra fee for luggage?

How long in advance can I change/cancel my reservation?
You need to cancel or change your reservation 24hours before your arrival time.
My pick-up time seems too early. Can I schedule it again?
For international flights, we have to schedule the pick-up time 3 hours before the flight. We can reschedule your pick-up time, but we cannot be held for responsible for any incident occurred by
Do I need to tip the driver ?
It is entirely at your discretion whether you wish to tip the shuttle driver.
